Day 1 Arrival.
Fly from your departure airport and transfer to you hotel.
Day 2 Whale watching.
Enjoy the wonders of dolphin and whale watching. Stroll along to the harbour, literally a 5 minute walk, and board the whale watching boat. Don't forget to wear shoes with a rubber sole, a waterproof bag if you intend to take a camera or phone and a waterproof jacket.

Day 2 Whale watching.

Day 3 Jeep Tour of Sete Cidades and Lago do Fogo
Spend a full day exploring one of the wonders of the Azores Sete Cidades, a double volcano with twin lakes of green and blue colour. Stop in the quaint town below and visit the beautiful little church and have a chance to relax and take refreshments. Moving on to other breath taking views such as Vista do Rei and lunch at a restaurant (included). After lunch another beautiful crater awaits us at Lagoa do Fogo. Then onto Caldeira Velha which is a geo thermal bathing area, please take your swimming costume and towel if you wish to swim. (Entrance not included in price). Return to Ponta Delgada.
Day 4 Free day.
Free day. Take time to relax and enjoy your surroundings. This four star hotel has a wonderful wellness centre that can offer massage, pool and gym as well as spa treatments. Perhaps you would like to visit one of the many gardens in Ponta Delgada such as Jardim Botânico António Borges or Jardim Botânico José do Canto, perhaps visit the farmers market, the day is yours to explore.

Day 6 Jeep Tour Furnas And Terra Nostra Gardens.
Enjoy this full day jeep tour of Furnas and the famous Terra Nostra Gardens. Here you will experience the wonderful town of Furnas where boiling hot water springs from the ground and fumarole's of steam rise. Next onto the breath taking garden of Terra Nostra where you will be able to bathe in the natural hot thermal waters and explore these beautiful gardens. Don't forget to take your swimming costume and towel! (Entrance not included in price)
Day 7 Lagoa do Fogo Walking Tour.
Experience Lagoa do Fogo close up and personal with this full day walking tour which includes transfers and lunch. On return to Ponta Delgada you will be able to bathe at Caloura or Praia de Água D´Alto. Take your swimming costume and towel, wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing.
Day 8 Fly home.
Depart from your hotel and fly home.
