Day 2 Whale watching and Iset of Vila Franca do Campo.
A full day tour to include whale watching, lunch and the famous Islet of Vila Franca do Campo.
Day 3 Free Day.
Free day to enjoy this wonderful old city. Perhaps you will visit the famous city gates of Portas da Cidadas or the magnificent church of Igreja do Santo Cristo and there are the Jose do Canto Botanical gardens or maybe you would prefer some retail therapy at the Parque Atlantico. Of course there is your five star hotel to relax in.
Day 4 Furnas lake Jeep tour full day.
On our tour to Furnas we begin on the Northern coast. A stop at the tea plantation is always refreshing with its beautiful gardens. As we make our way to Furnas there are various stops to view the crater of Furnas, such as Pico do Ferro. We will enjoy the famous cozido, a typical dish cooked in the Caldeiras of Furnas. A visit to the Caldeiras with its famous hot springs and small fumeroles. A swim in the thermal waters at Terra Nostra Gardens or Dona Beija of Furnas ** is available should weather permit (Entrance fees not included in price) . We return along the Southern coast enjoying many belvederes along the way. A stop at Nossa Sra Da Paz to overlook Vila Franca Do Campo is not to be forgotten. Please take a towel and swimming costume.
Day 5 Free Day.
Another day to explore this wonderful city as there's so much to see! Try the Museu Militar das Acores (military museum) or the Mercado da Graca (farmers market) or the Palais Sant'Ana plutot que Palacios da Presidencia (the Presidential Palace with gardens), take time to have lunch and enjoy the wine.
Day 6 Jeep tour of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo full day.
On this tour we begin on the western coast of the island of S.Miguel, visiting the crater of Sete Cidades. We stop at many view points below are just a few of them. Whether we are on top of the crater or inside the crater the breath taking views will captivate you. We make a short stop inside the crater to visit the São Nicolau church and have a chance for a drink and washrooms. Other stops may include Canario Lake, Santiago Lake, and not to be missed, Vista do Rei . We stop for lunch in a beautiful restaurant. Lunch and drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks) ,coffee and dessert is included in the price. After lunch another beautiful crater awaits us at Lagoa do Fogo. Caldeira Velha is always refreshing with a swim in the thermal waters.** (said to make you look 10 years younger)(Entrance not included in price don't forget to bring your swimming costume).

Day to pack and enjoy you last day in the unique and special place. Perhaps you would like to book another tour or perhaps you would just like to relax before returning home.
